‘Bounce’ TrampOLean Fitness
There are so many benefits to trampolining it’s a wonder not everybody is involved
in bouncing back to health. Jesting aside it really is a great & fun way to
get fit & has lots of other benefits too. Helps improve sense of balance.

On arrival at Top Body Studio, enter up the silver stairs to the Studio Door Entrance.

Please only arrive 5 minutes prior to class start time. Head through to the toilets

to wash your hands then sanitize using the automatic hand wall sanitizer before

entering the studio. Please supply your own mat if desired.
