I trained with the YMCA Cambridge in 2003 and over the years has tried to bring new ideas into the fitness studio to help take the sting out of boring workouts.
I was the first instructor in East Anglia to introduce Salsa Aerobics to the area and has recently introduced this class back into her timetable.
I also brought the Hula Hoop fitness class into the studio 3½ years ago which has also now hit the UK.
I am also a fully qualified Gym Instructor currently working at Top Body Gym, Gorleston where all classes are based.
As a former professional dancer I have worked alongside children of all ages teaching dance and fitness and as a qualified Childrens Fitness Instructor. I am currently teaching dance at After School Clubs for kids aged 5yr +.
