Improves cardiovascular fitness, increases stamina & muscle tone. Suitable for all fitness levels. Hula Hoop Fitness Using a 3lb weighted hula hoop the class consists of basic aerobic steps & toning moves whilst holding the hoop in various positions above the head or in front of the body, toning the upper area. We then Hula hoop for 10 minutes before hitting the floor for some lower body toning exercises. Don’t worry if you can’t hula, just come along and master the moves. Hula Hoops are supplied in class.
