Here are some toning exercises for you to do at home if you can’t make that gym/class session you had planned.  Make sure you have room to perform the exercises safely.  Loosen your joints and make sure you are warm before you start.  Stretch the muscles you have worked at the end of each session.

Bicep Curls / Upperbody Exercise.

Stand feet hip width apart with your weight/water bottle in each hand. 

Use a supinated grip of your weight and tuck your elbows into your sides. 

Using the forearm only bring your hands up to your shoulders and lower again to a full stretch down

.  Complete at least 3 sets of 12 Reps.
